Who we are

We are a group of like-minded community members who are committed to a common goal: improving mental wellbeing and reducing suicide.

We always welcome new members who are passionate about supporting the mental well-being of the Ketchikan community.

We work together to implement initiatives and strategies that will positively impact the community and support our mission – including, but not limited to: Mental Health Awareness Month, Suicide Prevention Month, Digital Drug Summit, Peer Support Specialist Certification Training, and more.

The Behavioral Health task force meeting is every 3rd Tuesday from 10am-11am at the Ketchikan Wellness Coalition (60 Don Finney Lane, Suite 203).

    We use various media platforms to amplify community voices to normalize difficult conversations through social media outreach to reach a wider audience; radio conversations on KRBD, fostering open discussions and community events, surveys, and engagement opportunities that encourage connection and understanding.

    A one-stop shop to find what you need when you need it - this resource directory provides relevant resources for all health and wellness needs.
